New for 2020.
Here for your delight is the Autumn Handicap. Following the same route as the Winter Handicap you have 2 weeks to complete this challenge and get onto the leaderboard. Simply follow the route, log your elapsed time (no auto pause run time results please, I only care about elapsed time) and email me your details to appear on the leaderboard. Prove me wrong and show just how much time you can knock off your predicted time.
To make it clear where the start and finish are we will be racing from the tree with the discs chained to it. When you get to the pike its once around the monument then back to the tree as quick as you can. Click on the image below for a route map.
If you’ve not run much then your start time will be a bit of a guesstimate but I’ve tried to include as many runners as possible. If your name is not down though do not worry, there is still a leaderboard for fastest times, or if you get in touch with me I might still manage to get an estimated time for you.
There will be no marshalls so full body cover must be carried or worn.
- Hat (buff is OK)
- Coat with Hood
- Waterproof trousers
GPS navigation aids are allowed as I can’t be bothered flagging this.
