For those not on Facebook a couple of months ago I restarted the East Pennine Orienteering Club Monday training runs on a Monday morning at 10am. These are gentle looseners lasting about one hour. We do about 8km / 5miles. There is a group of walkers too. They do about 4km in the hour. We set off from a café, and often have a brew and a chat afterwards. We have runners from Tod Harriers, Calder Valley Fell Runners, and EPOC.
Anyone is welcome. If you are a little slower there are short cuts. A little faster there are longer loops to do.
1st Monday | Secret Café, Tenterfields Business Park, Luddendenfoot
2nd Monday | Craggies, Craggs Business Park, Cragg Vale
3rd Monday | Just Scrumptious, Rishworth
4th Monday | Blue Teapot Café, Mytholmroyd
If there are 5 Mondays in a month then we’ll have an away day.
