A local classic taking in all the best terrain of the full Trog, without the full distance. Plenty of varied tough terrain. And perhaps a bit of mud!!!!

Race route only partially flagged. There are regular shoots on these moors so please no recces on a Saturday.

What shall I carry? |
The race is licensed by the FRA under UKA rules. FRA mandatory minimum kit is compulsory including waterproof full body cover (with taped seams & integrated attached hood) + hat (NOT A BUFF) + gloves + appropriate map + compass (not out of a Christmas cracker!) + whistle + emergency food. Kit check prior to race number allocation on the day. NOT THE CORRECT KIT. NO RUN! |
