Fast gaining in popularity is the winter score event hosted by none other than ex-chairman Bill and his wife Anne, finishing at their home in Luddenden. Usually there is a vast array of home-baked goodies for those who find it back to the house and prizes for various categories!

| When? | Sunday 4th Dec 2012. Meet at Trough Farm by 8:45 to catch the early bus, or by 9:45 for the later bus. The buses will take you to a mystery location, where you will be given a map leading you back to Trough Farm over the fells. Visit as many checkpoints marked on the map as you can on your way back, with a 3.5-hour limit. |

| What shall I carry? | You must wear or carry full body cover (i.e. leggings and long-sleeved top) plus full waterproofs, hat, gloves, compass and whistle. You are advised to carry food and a mobile phone. Unlike in a race, if you have an accident you may be on your own, so make sure you carry the compulsory and advisory kit. GPS is not allowed. |
