Turn U12 U14 U16 U18 others left down the track between the walls. Return to start to help with finish

Positioned at the way marker where the path divides. Turn ALL runners down into the river bottom along stone track. U8 will run separately. Once ALL U8 have passed on the way out, move to stile at the bottom of the finish field and turn U8 runners over stile as they return. Move back to path divide for U10 U12 U14 U16 U18. Once ALL have passed again move back to stile to turn ALL returning runners over stile.

Positioned at the gate down in the river bottom. Turn U8 right up through bracken before they go though the gate. Direct U10 U12 U14 U16 U18 through the gate on the way out and then turn U10 and U12 up through the bracken as they return. When ALL runners back sweep back up through bracken collecting flags.

Positioned in the river bottom by the bridges to ensure that ALL runners safely cross both bridges out and back. U10 U12 U14 U16 U18 head out but only U10 U12 will return. Once all runners have returned collect flags up to Cottage and then return to start

Positioned at the junction of the path at the top of the climb by the cottage. Turn U10 and U12 back and turn U14 U16 U18 left along the track. Once ALL runners have passed then sweep long route collecting flags.

Positioned at gate on track. Turn ALL runners down hill to the road. Wait for the sweeper and then return.

Road crossing. This is the same Marshall as for the senior race. Ensure All juniors exit path onto road safely and are directed across the bridge and up the road.

Ensure ALL runners are turned off road and along the track again this is also a senior race Marshall

Positioned at junction on path and track through bracken. Turn U8 left along return route. Then turn U10 and U12 left to finish. Wait for sweeper coming up through bracken.

Registration ensure all numbers are colour coded according to age category U8 U10 U12 U14 U16 U18 and results board.
